Operations Manager: Paul Uitto

IXL Transportation Services Team member, Paul Uitto is our Operations Manager.  With primary responsibility for dispatching propane drivers, Paul also handles customer service and sales and oversees our General Freight Manager, Jon Simmons. 

Personnel/Human Resources and Compliance matters relating to Driver/Owner/Operator are also Paul's responsibility.  This critical matter includes oversight of IXL's Safety Program and Driver Incentive Program which is based on the results of IXL's  monthly Log Audit program. 

A native of Molalla and a resident of Canby, Paul brings 23 years of corporate experience in the areas of purchasing, contracts, and vendor analysis to this newly created position.  

His past international experience includes working both in the Asiatic as well as the European Markets; primarily relating with equipment manufactures.
